Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. If you’re located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@snooze-co.ca. We’re still expanding our availability across regions and would love to hear where you’d like us to ship next.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada.
Shipping rates for orders under $75 CAD—and for all U.S. orders—are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery option. We do not charge flat rates; costs vary depending on region and carrier rates.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, it may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery within Canada is 3–8 business days after your order ships. U.S. delivery times vary by region but typically range from 5–10 business days. Please note that carrier delays and customs processing may affect these estimates.
Tracking Your Order
All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking info within a few days, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
