Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States! If you’re outside these regions, email us at hello@snooze-co.ca. We’re expanding and would love to know where you’d like us to go next!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 CAD ship free within Canada. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox!

Do you offer tracking on orders?

Absolutely! Every Snooze & Co. order comes with tracked shipping so you can follow your package from start to finish.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing can vary between different prints and styles. Be sure to check the size chart and product dimensions on each item! If you still have questions, email us anytime at hello@snooze-co.ca.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. We never include prices on the packing slip, and you can even add a personal message!

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but we will soon! Keep an eye out for updates.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, breathable fabrics like cotton, modal, Tencel, and satin! They’re soft, durable, and made to feel good all night long.

How should I care for my pajamas?

Please check the care instructions listed on each product page. Different fabrics need different care to stay looking and feeling their best!
