At Snooze & Co., we are committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and worry-free shopping experience. As sleepwear is considered an intimate and personal item, we have established the following return and exchange policy to ensure the health and well-being of all our customers:

Return Policy - Canada

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that the returned items meet the following conditions:

  1. Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached;
  2. No visible damage such as snags, tears, or other signs of wear;
  3. No traces of perfume, smoke, sweat, or deodorant;
  4. All returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be issued via the original payment method upon approval;
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
  6. Local return service is available in the Vancouver area — please contact us for more details.
  7. Snooze & Co. reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

Please note that for U.S. orders, both return shipping costs and any duties or import fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Snooze & Co. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We offer a one-time free exchange per order:

  1. Items for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns;
  2. If the requested size or style is out of stock, we will assist you with selecting an alternative or placing a pre-order for the next batch.
